Same goes for when I install the new SSD (and before everything else), where is the controller for the fans in an AW software? i.e. Don't know how the fans get controlled then but that is why I am asking here. When they do show up with the tech next month I want to know how /where do I turn on the fans in the BIOS (currently I can't find it at all) checked every tab and don't see it. UGH.My new SSD and slave drive will be delivered if you can believe this in 2 weeks lol (sad I am angry but they said since it is under extended warranty that is the best they can do). I asked him where/when I get my new SSD's in the BIOS is a direct 'keep fans on' so I don't spend 4 hours of running a motherboard and cook everything again, he replied he did not know. During this 'driver install' no fans came on at all. Silly AW didn't replace the SSD or slave drive to which when I was working with the online AW tech to install the drives and AW software (4 hours mind you of trying) the SSD and slave were also deemed bad. The motherboard was replaced due to it cooked everything in the laptop. SO in short I got a new motherboard, a new set of fans, but the SSD and slave drives are the same.
